Rates

Psychotherapy-  $125 per 50-minute session (self-pay)
Co-payments are accepted as payment for services depending on insurance benefits

Yoga Instruction- $100/hour of private instruction

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required before I seek psychotherapy?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash and check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for or cancel your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $75.

Natural Remedies

Flower Essences Consultation (includes 1 Flower Essence): $150 -initial cosultation $100 subsequent sessions.

Nutrition Consultation Packages:

Herbal Medicine & Nutrition Wellness Package – $399 – Includeds (1hr) initial consult and 3 (45) minute follow up appointments. The fee does not include the cost of herbs which can range from $35-$70.
Nutrition Intro Package -$299 – includes 1 (1hr) initial consult and 3 (45) minute follow up appointments.
Nutrition Supreme: – $299 for 1 (1hr) initial consultation, 2 (45 min) follow up appointments, 1 (45min) grocery store visit.
Nutrition Deluxe Fees – $399 for 1 (1hr initial consultation), 1 (45min) follow up appointment, 1 (45 minute grocery store visit), 1 (45 minute home visit.) Home visits must be within in 5 miles of office location.
Buddy Rates Fees- $150 per person. Sometimes it helps to have a partner in crime to assist you in making health positive changes. The buddy package is designed for two people to work together to learn about nutrition basics while addressing personal goals. This package is ideal for people who have similar goals and are comfortable with embarking on making changes with a buddy. 1 (1hr) consultation 1 (45min) follow up appointment, 1 (45min) grocery store visit.
Group Challenge -$100 per person. This package is similar to the buddy package except the group package is for groups of four. This package is ideal for people who have similar goals and are comfortable with embarking on making changes with a group. 1 (1hr) consultation, 1 (45min) follow up appointment, 1 (45min) grocery store visit.

Energy Healing and Body-Focused Treatments

Reiki: $150 -initial consultation $100 subsequent sessions
Yoga (private): $125 per hour.

Combination Treatments:

Yoga + Psychotherapy: $150 -initial consultation $100 subsequent sessions
Reiki +Flower Essences +Psychotherapy: $150 -initial consultation $100 subsequent sessions.
