About

Holistic psychology is an awakening approach to mental health that diversifies the one-dimensional picture of traditional psychology that helps people to live successful, fulfilled, and relationship-enriched lives rather than only focusing on curing a problem. It brings about a theoretical and practical integration that includes all aspects of the person: physical, mental, and spiritual.
